Cockapoo Brown Hand Painted Ceramic Heart Super Seconds

For the Cockapoo who considers every walk a social occasion. 🐾

This gorgeous hand painted brown Cockapoo ceramic heart decoration features a fluffy little Cockapoo sitting rather proudly in the snow, wrapped up for winter in a cheerful red and green striped scarf.

With that unmistakable shaggy coat, inquisitive little face and nose pointed hopefully towards the sky, this one has all the happy, slightly bonkers charm Cockapoos are known for!

The design is individually hand painted by me in my Shropshire studio, with raised white details creating falling snow around the dog and little snowy drifts beneath its paws. The heart is finished with a white organza ribbon, ready for hanging.

It would make a lovely Cockapoo gift for a dog lover, a special Christmas decoration or a thoughtful little keepsake for someone completely besotted with their four-legged friend.

Why is this a Super Second?

This Cockapoo heart is included in my Super Seconds Festival because the glaze has developed crazing during firing. Crazing creates a network of very fine lines within the glazed surface. Although it doesn't affect how lovely this heart looks hanging up, it means it doesn't meet the standard I require for my full-priced ceramics.

Please note: crazing is notoriously difficult to photograph. It tends to become visible only when the glaze catches the light at particular angles, so it may not be immediately obvious in every photograph.

I've done my best to capture it, but please zoom in and look carefully at all the photographs before purchasing.

As each heart is individually hand painted, there may also be slight variations in colour, brushstrokes and detailing between pieces.

A little bit imperfect. A lot adorable. And far too lovely not to find a home. ❤️
