I purchased the decoration to replace one which had unfortunately been broken. From the onset the customer service I received was amazing, personal emails to explain that the owner was on holiday and a refund offered. I was happy to wait and was again contacted when my order was ready for collection. On collection my order was ready along with a handwritten note of thanks for my (very small) order. It was refreshing to have received such a high standard of customer service in this age of 'take it or leave it' attitudes. I have endeavoured to let everyone know about my positive experience and I hope friends and relatives will support this small but excellent business

I have bought this for my friends birthday. She lost her Mum a year ago & after selling Mum’s house managed to salvage some snowdrops from the garden. Last year I painted her a snowdrop card so was looking for something different when I saw the snowdrop pin on your website. It arrived today & I am delighted with it & hope she will be too. I ordered this wonderful Jubilee tea towel for an original gift to a friend for her 70th birthday.
The parcel arrived at time to France. The design is awesome and it's packed in a nice gift wrapping, accompanied by a manuscript thank you message on a card, that made me absolutely happy.
